A display area is approximately 4' x 8', which includes a 3' x 6' table and two chairs. The fee is $35.00, which is non-refundable.

Set-up time is 8:00 - 8:45 a.m. on the day of the fair.

The fair is publicized among the religious congregations in Howard County and in locally-distributed newspapers.
